Institute
The European Tourism Institute (ETI) has stood for tourist research and consultancy since 1991.
We have completed more than 400 projects with some 15 tourism experts for domestic and international customers: From master plans for travel destinations, to re-orientation of holiday regions, wellness and leisure resorts, to trend surveys with our own market research studio.
Our institute provides individual advice to companies, which want to set themselves apart or reposition themselves in the increasingly competitive world. Whether it be in terms of image, strategy, quality or innovations – we study and analyse the right path to success each time.
With the “Superior Tour Operator” and “Superior Travel Agency” quality seals, our institute also acts as an important signpost customers and providers in the tourism jungle.
The issue of environmental problems is also on the agenda: As part of location analyses, we provide tips on how environmentally-friendly tourism can be promoted.
