Put your quality to the test: An experienced expert assesses the service in your business. In doing so, he/she makes a note of your establishment’s particular profile, and evaluates dealings with customers. The quality assessment provides you with a secure basis for self-evaluation, and gives your clientele an important confidence boost with the quality seal.
How does the assessment show me where I stand? The results of the individual tests are compiled in a checklist. In the assessment, you can see which of the 300+ requirements your establishment has met – and which have not yet been met.
What does the customer think? In the experience reports, you will be given an insight into the customer’s wishes and behaviour when he/she wants to book a trip. In doing so, the individual stages of the tests are displayed in detail in the conversation with the customer.
